Fehr's future can be found in its past.
1960: the concrete vocation
Albert Fehr, a carpenter, set up a building company. Eight years later, he made a key decision by building the first Fehr concrete mixing plant.
The concrete vocation was born.

1972: a visionary approach to activities
This was the year in which a prefabrication site was set up in Bischwiller. Putting the acquired knowledge at the service of increasingly innovative solutions became a line of conduct. It came to fruition 16 years later with the industrialization of the prefabrication from 1988 to 1992.
From the start: respect for the environment
Although it is a daily occupation, it was marked by two major dates: the design in 1998 of a new generation of mixing plants going even further than the environmental standards in force, and the creation in 2000 of the first mixing plant for ecological concrete, based on recycled slag aggregate.
1999: tomorrow's major projects today
As a partner on all sites, Fehr is able to make the most of its wide range of skills and solutions to meet all constraints, even the most ambitious ones. Fehr was one of the suppliers of ready-mixed concrete for the construction of IPE4 in Strasbourg. In 1999, its precast walls were used in the construction of
Vulcania park in Auvergne and the new facilities at Disneyland Paris. |
